Our Customer Service Information team has expanded their hours! They are now available to help Mondays-Saturdays from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. This department is one of our riders’ greatest assets as they navigate the UTA system. You can contact Customer Service with questions about anything that you experience while riding, and they can help you find the answers you need.

Why contact the Customer Service Call Center?

There are several reasons to contact Customer Service Call Center. A few common reasons are listed below:

  • You have a question about the fare
  • You need help planning a trip
  • You have a question regarding something you read about UTA in the news
  • You need to locate the bus or train

Additional Customer Service teams can help with:

  • Your bus or train is running late and you’re not sure why
  • You saw something concerning on the system and you want to make sure that UTA is aware of it
  • You have a commendation for an operator or employee
  • You lost something on the bus or train and need to see if it’s been found

Twitter

We also provide limited service information and answer general questions on our Twitter page (@rideuta) from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. You can also follow us there for updates, news, and the occasional meme.

Electronic Comments

You can leave comments on our website by filling out the electronic comment form. These are monitored by our Customer Service agents and filed in our comment system.
