Flex Routes may deviate up to ¾ of a mile depending on pre-scheduled deviation requests. Deviation requests may be made from 2 hours up to 7 days before the needed trip by calling 801-287-7433. All deviations require a $1.25 fare whether scheduled or not. Deviations can be purchased with cash on the bus or through the Transit app.

The FrontRunner one-way fare cash payment is good on FrontRunner commuter rail with transfer to all buses, UVX, TRAX, and S-Line for two hours from the time of purchase if the ticket is purchased at the TVM. Fares that are purchased with FAREPAY Card have a transfer window of two hours after the first tap. Fares purchased on the Transit app are valid when activated. The fare applies to passengers ages 6-64. This fare is distance-based with a base fare of $2.50 for travel to one station plus $0.60 for each additional station. The maximum fare from Provo to Ogden is $9.70 one way. Note that passengers traveling through the Vineyard and North Temple stations will not be charged for an additional station. FrontRunner does not operate in the Free Fare Zone and passengers are required to pay the FrontRunner base fare.
