1: Arrive


  • Check the sign at the stop or station to confirm you’re in the right spot.
  • As the bus approaches, make sure it’s the line and destination you want by checking the LED sign on the front of the bus.
  • Wave at the driver or flash your flashlight to let them know you want to board.

2: Board


  • Depending on your method of payment, either tap your card on the validator inside the front door or provide the driver with your payment. Learn more about how to validate your payment here.

3: Disembark


  • Request a stop by pulling on the yellow cord. You’ll hear a chime confirming the request, and the “Stop Requested” sign will light up near the driver.
  • Exit through the rear door.
  • Remember to tap off if you paid with an electronic fare card. Learn more about tapping on and off.
