Don't rush in winter weather. Plan ahead by checking Twitter for snow routing and rail service information. Give yourself extra time when planning transfers, as buses and trains may travel at reduced speeds during snowy weather. Finally, arrive at your stop or station a few minutes early so you're ready to safely board once your ride arrives.
