UTA's Committee on Accessible Transportation is recruiting new members

For more than a decade, the Committee on Accessible Transportation (CAT) has helped improve accessibility on UTA. The CAT has made recommendations ranging from access ramps to audible announcements on UTA Bus, TRAX and FrontRunner, as well as improved safety on paratransit and more independent securement options on BRT buses.

The CAT is currently recruiting new members. If you, a family member or someone in your organization is interested in joining the CAT, you can make a difference for persons with disabilities riding UTA services.

Those interested should fill out an application online at www.rideuta.com/CAT. Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, June 30th at 5:00 pm.
