UTA Ski Bus service begins Sunday, November 23, and runs through Sunday, April 12, 2026.
Ski Bus offers a reliable and convenient winter transportation option for both locals and visitors, helping to reduce canyon traffic and protect our environment.
Service Start Dates
Starting November 23:
- 994 to Snowbird and Alta
- 972 to Solitude and Brighton
- 674 to Powder Mountain*
- 675 to Snowbasin*
- 677 to Snowbasin*
* Contingent on resort opening date.
Starting December 7:
- Canyon Service — CS1 & CS2

Starting December 20:
- 880 to Sundance*
- *880 will run Monday-Saturday from December 20 to February 28. In March, 880 will run only on Saturdays. March 28 is the last day of service.

How To Pay
Each one-way trip costs $5 per rider ($2.50 for qualified reduced-fare riders). You can pay using the following methods:
- Transit app: Use your credit or debit card to pay through the Transit app. Show your mobile ticket to the bus driver when you board.
- Pass: If you have a ski pass* (e.g., IKON or season pass) or UTA FAREPAY Card, tap your card on the card reader when you board the bus. If you have a paper pass, show it to the bus driver.
- Cash: Make sure you have exact change; our drivers cannot make change.
*Ski Bus service is included with your resort season pass, Super Pass, or 2025-26 IKON Pass. If you received your 2025-26 IKON pass in the mail, you are good to tap on when you board the bus and ride up to the resort. If you have not yet received your 2025-26 IKON pass, you will need to purchase a one-way $5 bus fare to get to the resort.
Visitors from out of town
If you've purchased the Ski Super Pass through Visit Salt Lake, it includes free UTA fare for Ski Bus. Show the pass to the operator when you board.
