End User License Agreement

You are voluntarily accepting this application (either Palm OS or Pocket PC) on an AS IS basis. We have performed tests to verify that the software you are downloading and installing works as intended. However, you may still encounter problems using this application. We recommend that before installing this application, you make a current backup of all data and programs on your PDA. We also recommend that after testing this software, if you experience any problems with your PDA that you then remove the application from your PDA and restore it to the previous backup. UTA and its developers are not responsible for lost data, productivity or any other problems resulting from the use or misuse of this application. UTA may contact you to provide feedback on your user experience.
