A. No tickets are being issued for free public rides. Free rides are being offered on a first-come, first-serve basis only.  You must wait in line in order to board the train.

Q. Can I get off in Salt Lake City/Ogden/etc. and then get back on board later?

A. Yes, but you will have to wait in line again to reboard the train.  Due to expected high ridership on opening day, you may experience a long wait before being able to board for your return trip.  We recommend staying on board until you return to your station of departure to avoid delays.

Q. How long does the ride take?

A. Approximately 2 hours round trip if you visit all stations along the route.  Travel time from Salt Lake City to Ogden is approximately 1 hour.
